Load the Responses API from the pi-ai compat entrypoint.

The api/openai-responses.lazy subpath is outside the virtual module surface Pi exposes to extensions in compiled binaries, so it resolved to an on-disk pi-ai copy whose partial-json dependency the compiled Bun runtime cannot resolve. The compat entrypoint re-exports the same lazy factory and stays inside the bundled module graph.
