Add the missing API type argument in the Responses wrapper.

Model is generic over the API a catalog entry uses, so the annotations here no longer compiled against the current pi-ai. Use Model<Api> to match the ProviderStreams signatures this wrapper implements, which leaves the project's own sources type-clean under tsc.
