What you learn there shapes how we build Amp, and like everyone at Amp, you contribute to Amp core.

  • Direction when it’s missing. You find what’s blocking progress and who can decide, then act without waiting to be told.
  • Trust at every level. You build with engineers and make the case to their leaders. You can disagree and still get people to act.
  • Curiosity. You try new tools and ways of working, keep what’s useful, and bring it to the customer fast.
  • Range. You can take a business problem all the way to working software.

In Sydney, that company is Westpac, one of Australia’s oldest companies. An Amp Labs team works side by side with Westpac engineers, on site, to transform how the bank builds and delivers technology. The next one needs someone to lead it.
