Complete unit tests for VT formatting

Write exhaustive unit tests for VT formatting in @src/terminal/style.zig See the initial "empty" case I wrote and complete the rest in the same style.

Added exhaustive unit tests covering all VT formatting cases: individual flags (bold, faint, italic, blink, inverse, invisible, strikethrough, overline), all underline styles (single, double, curly, dotted, dashed), colors (palette/RGB for fg/bg/underline), and combinations.

Run the tests with a test-filter to be sure
