Debug example build failures with git bisect

We have CI that verifies all our examples build, and it looks like some are failing to build. Run through all the examples, and fix their builds. Note that they recently built so there is a regression at some point. Run a git bisect to find the offending commit, then consider how we can resolve the build properly (don't revert that commit).

Summary:

The offending commit was 97aff0743 ("unicode: switch to uucode grapheme break to match unicode 16 spec"), which added a direct @import("uucode") to Terminal.zig.

The fix was in GhosttyZig.zig - the ghostty-vt module exported for external use (including examples) needed the uucode dependency added. The main build had it via SharedDeps, but the exported Zig module was missing it.

Let's clean this up by extracting this shared logic into `SharedDeps.addUucode` and call that from both GhosttyZig and our standard deps add.

All tests pass. The shared logic is now extracted into SharedDeps.addUucode and called from both SharedDeps.zig and GhosttyZig.zig.
